1. No tracking cookies
We don't use advertising cookies, analytics tools, social media trackers or any other third-party scripts. When we checked on 31 October 2026, the public pages of this site set no cookies at all. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
2. What's saved on your device
Some features save small notes in your browser's own storage ("local storage" and "session storage"). They stay on your device. We can't see them, and they aren't sent to us.
| Name | What it's for | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|
| hh-order-v3 | Saves your order form progress (your answers, name, email and the list of files you chose, not the files themselves) so you can stop and come back later. | Until you send your order or clear your browser data. |
| hh-last-order | Your order number and when you sent it. | Until you clear your browser data. |
| hb-last-receipt | Your receipt details (order number, name, email and film details) so you can open your receipt again. | Until you clear your browser data. |
| hh-sound | Whether you turned the shop sounds on or off. | Until you clear your browser data. |
| hbIntroSeen | Remembers you've seen the opening advert, so it doesn't play again this visit. | Until you close the tab. |
These are only used to make features you ask for work, so we don't need to ask for your consent first.
3. Staff area
Our staff-only area (under /hq) uses one cookie, hb_hq, to keep our team signed in. It is strictly necessary, can't be read by scripts, and lasts 30 days or until the staff member signs out. Customers never get it.
4. Our web host
Cloudflare runs this website. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See our Privacy Policy for more.
5. Links to other sites
A few pages link to other websites, such as music credit sites and the ICO. If you visit them, their own cookie rules apply.
6. Clearing it
You can delete everything this site has saved at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. If you do that halfway through an order, your saved answers will be gone.
