1. Free Trailers
Our launch Trailers are free: you pay £0, so there's nothing to refund. You can cancel a free order at any time before we send your final film by emailing info@holibusters.com with your order number. We'll stop work and delete your photos and videos.
2. Paid films and extra change rounds
- Before production starts: cancel and we'll refund you in full.
- Once production starts: no refunds, except where the law requires them (see section 4). Production starts when we begin working on your film, which is usually soon after you send your order.
- We don't give refunds for a change of mind or because of creative choices like the music, jokes or style. Use your free round of up to 10 changes to ask for tweaks.
- If you pay £10 for an extra round of changes and we can't do it, we'll refund that £10.
- If we cancel your order, we'll refund anything you paid for it.
3. Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you usually have 14 days to cancel an online order. Every film is made to order, and when you send your order you ask us to start straight away. That means:
- you lose your right to cancel once we've finished making your film; and
- if you cancel a paid order within the 14 days, before your film is finished, we'll refund you, but we may keep a fair amount for the work we've already done.
4. When the law says you're entitled to a refund
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we must make your film with reasonable care and skill, and it must be of satisfactory quality and match how we described it. If it doesn't, tell us and we'll put it right free of charge. If we can't put it right within a reasonable time or without causing you a lot of trouble, you can have some or all of your money back.
5. How to ask
Email info@holibusters.com with your order number and what's wrong. If a refund is due, we'll pay it within 14 days of agreeing it, using the same method you paid with.
